This website is operated by Barber Collective, backed by The Hair Firm. By accessing or using this website and placing orders through our platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site.

Eligibility

Barber Collective is a trade wholesale platform. Access to trade pricing and the ability to place orders is restricted to approved trade account holders only. By applying for a trade account you confirm that you are a working barber or hair professional operating in a professional capacity. We reserve the right to approve or decline any trade account application at our discretion.

Trade Account

To access trade pricing you must apply for a Barber Collective trade account and receive approval. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with or used by any other person or business. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe is being misused or that no longer meets our eligibility criteria.

Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Trade pricing is only visible to approved and logged in trade account holders. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Pricing errors are subject to correction and we are not obligated to fulfil orders placed at an incorrect price.

Orders

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the products listed at the prices shown. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or any other reason at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation you will receive a full refund.

Delivery

We offer next day delivery across Perth metro for orders placed before 12pm on business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control including but not limited to courier delays, weather events, or public holidays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of placing your order unless a credit account has been arranged separately. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including but not limited to text, images, logos, and brand materials is the property of Barber Collective or the respective brand owners and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barber Collective and The Hair Firm are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or the products purchased through it. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
